It is located just 85 meters from the picturesque beach of Rapaniana village, with unobstructed views to the sea and the magnificent beauty of the surrounding nature. It belongs to the general area of the fishing village Kolymbari, 22km from the city of Chania, Emerald Villa satisfies all your expect

ations for serenity, relaxation, hospitality and privacy. The interior is decorated with light elegant furniture giving a sense of romanticism and luxury. The clear blue sea that seems to join the clear blue sky and the pebbled beach that is strewn with almyrikia (type of tree) make this quite shore ideal for sunbathing, swimming and dipping in the sea. Emerald is built on a private beautiful two acre spacious garden hosting a beautiful private pool 40 sq m with hydro-massage/Jacuzzi. It has a stone built covered BBQ with wood oven and outdoor kitchen as well as a seating corner where you can enjoy your meal under the day or evening sky. Plus a landscape outdoor parking. The size of this villa is approximately 150 sq m and the accommodation is situated in three levels with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with cozy sofas, a separate dining room, three spacious bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Service includes changing linen twice a week, keeping the pool clean and taking care of the environment and garden. Within walking distance (about 300 m) there are the bus stop, a car rental, restaurant, cafe, mini market, butcher, bakery and hairdresser shop. Emerald Villa is the perfect starting point to explore Crete, especially the wild beauty of the western Crete. You can visit any of the following; The famous cruise to Balos Lagoon and Gramvousa Island, the long beach of Falasarna, the pink sandy beach of Elafonisi, the byzantine historical monasteries, the gorge of Samaria, the Venetian port of Chania, the great Cretan Minoan Palace at Heraklion and the museums of the area. You can combine your day time activities and interests with a nightlife.
