Getting to Kos from the UK just got easier. TUI has announced new direct flights to the Greek island from Bournemouth, Exeter, and London Stansted starting summer 2026.

Bournemouth and Exeter will have direct connections to Kos for the first time ever. Stansted sees the return of a route that was suspended back in 2019.

Flights start from May 2026, with both full holiday packages and flight-only options available. Booking flexibility covers everything from short three-night breaks to seven-, ten-, and fourteen-night stays.

TUI Managing Director Neil Swanson said the expansion is part of a wider strategy to improve access to popular Mediterranean destinations, with Greek islands remaining a core focus. The move reflects growing demand from British travelers for Greece, which continues to dominate European holiday choices.

TUI isn't alone. Jet2, easyJet, and British Airways are also increasing routes and frequencies to southern Europe for 2026, signaling that the appetite for Greek island holidays among British tourists shows no sign of slowing down.

For Kos, the new direct routes mean a significantly stronger summer season from the UK market—more arrivals, more accessibility, and a wider audience discovering one of the Aegean's most beautiful islands.
