Further to our previous announcement, we regret to inform you
that we have come to the unpleasant position to finally decide not to open our Gaia Royal Hotel for season 2020.

We are glad to remind you that from Gaia Hotels Group our Gaia Palace Hotel 5* will be open starting from July 11, 2020 and we strongly suggest you to ask from your Travel Agency (who are also informed) to be reallocated to Gaia Palace Hotel 5*, without any extra cost!

We hope that you and your family are in good health!

In the difficult days that we are all facing due to Covid-19, we are forced to take also unpleasant decisions.

Regretfully, we are forced not to open our Gaia Royal Hotel for the month of July.

We are monitoring the facts and daily gather information, with the great hope to see a positive change that might allow us to open our Hotel on a later stage.

Still, we are glad to let you know that from Gaia Hotels Group our Gaia Palace Hotel 5* in Mastichari, will be open starting from July 11, 2020, fully prepared and following all the Health & Safety protocols against COVID-19 according to the Greek’s Government instructions.

We invite you to contact us in case you wish to change your booking (already existing reservations of July) for Gaia Palace Hotel, without any extra cost.
