Evi contains studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments of three different type. Evi Studios and Apartments was established back at the far 1987. ( 1st year of operation) Pefkos ,then was just a few places which they were located just around the corner of Evi. Pefkos by Night , Eclipse with the original founder Manoli & Una and NOT with new owners of the place now. Kelari bar was one of them
as well a bar called Shirley Valentines runned by a British couple. Back then , it was a romantic and an early time for the resort. Lee beach bar was just a small cantina and Lee beach was unorganized without any sun beds. Water supply before that achieved with wells on each property. Electricity had came as early as 1981 or so....
My childhood in Pefkos as visitor was in dark lol. Evi started with only 6 studios and 2 apartments the first year. The second year the fleet got doubled and the garden (the swimming pool today) got shaped and a nice pathway to the studios.
1995 swimming pool is build along with the bar (today med bistro). Tazmed started taking form ...
1998 Med bar was established and Taz was on the wheeling stear of a mad boat with many strangers that become friends, family. We cried, laughed, got drunk and solve philosophical problems as well world's biggest problems.
1999 Evi gets a new addition to its fleet. The 3rd block which consists of apartments .
2020 Covid kept us closed.
2024 The owners of Evi decide to retire and Taz is willing to step in and rent the place from them. Taz, his brother and a close friend from mainland form a company - Kos Mar EE in order to recover Evi from the hard exploit from multinational companies as TUI. We decide to go independent as the only road to cut the cords with the source of our main problem, getting the funds to bring Evi across the new age .
2025 WiFi will be free in all the areas of the complex. Courtesy shower as well swimming pool shower will be available. A new bathroom for the ladies using the pool will be constructed too. Stay tuned as changes are on their way the next 3 years.
