Every October we harvest the olives from our groves, just as the island has done for generations. 🫒

Hours later, the first green-gold oil flows from the press, peppery and fresh. 🫶🏼

From there it goes straight to your table: drizzled over a Greek salad at lunch or poured into a little bowl next to warm bread at dinner.

Zakynthos' oldest eucalyptus is where our owners Spiros & Anastasia fell in love. So instead of cutting it down, they shaped Castelli around it.
