eps 9 guests in a totally authentic, secluded setting just a 3km/10 minutes drive from Kefalonia's best sandy beaches. The villa is situated on the edge of Lakithra, a short drive from the airport and walking distance to the local amenities (mini-market, bakery, pastry shop, bars, restaurants). There is also a large main entertainment area, complete with Weber gas BBQ and Al Fresco dining/seating as well as a boules court, table tennis and fitness equipment. The main villa comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people spread over two floors. Decorated in soft, fresh pastel colours, the accommodation is well equipped with everything our guests would need for a comfortable stay. Further accommodation is available in the Garden Suite with three single beds in the bedroom. With the addition of this ground floor accommodation, multigenerational or multi-family holidays are possible at Villa Eleftheria. Bedlinens, bath towels and pool towels are provided and the villa will be serviced mid week during your stay. An infant kit comprising child's bed/cot bed and high chair are available on request. Situated on 1.25 acres surrounded by its own grove of 50 olive trees, the villa is encircled by the walled landscaped areas of the herb and citrus gardens. The garden’s many fruit trees - orange, lemon, apricot, fig, grape and pomegranate - provide fruit that guests are welcome to pick in season, as well as fresh herbs - sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano. Samantha, our English speaking Property Manager will welcome you to the villa and answer all your questions.

“It feels like home.” ❤️

There are reviews you’re grateful for… and then there are reviews that make you stop and smile.

Our recent guests have stayed at Villa Eleftheria for two years running — and have already booked again for next year! 🥰

They told us they love the peaceful location in Lakithra, just 10 minutes from the airport but away from flight noise, with local restaurants and a shop within walking distance and beautiful beaches and coves only a short drive away.

They loved the little details too — the comfortable bedding, welcome basket, mid-week linen changes and a kitchen stocked with everything from a coffee machine and ice maker to a cocktail shaker! 🍹

They mentioned Sam, our wonderful property manager, who is always on hand to help, and our garden and pool — especially for those long summer evenings and BBQs under the Kefalonian sky.

And perhaps the nicest thing they said was that, despite having plenty of space and privacy, Villa Eleftheria feels like home.
