🚬 No smoking indoors (balconies & terraces only)

🌙 Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00, out of respect for our neighbours

🔥 BBQ use paused during official fire warnings

🧼 Please leave shared spaces (pool, BBQ, bikes) as you found them

🏊 No lifeguard on duty — children should be supervised at all times, and no glass near the pool
Basically: respect the space, respect each other, and the rest takes care of itself. See you this season. ☀️
