A guest stayed one night, came late, left early morning, told us everything was ‘perfect,’ and later gave us a 5/10. No explanation, no comments, and no answer when we tried to call.
Contradictory scores don’t help anyone – they only leave us guessing.
To all future guests: please, review responsibly. Be fair, be logical. That way, everyone wins. It helps us grow. Since the guest left no comment, only a score, Booking does not allow me to reply. And because this review is public for everyone to see, I have no other way but to respond here!
A completely contradictory review… Staff 10, Comfort 10, Facilities 2.5… For a one-night stay! The welcome basket was full: toast, jams, butter, Nutella, wine, cookies, coffee capsules, sugar, milk… In the fridge: cold water, soft drinks (cola, lemonade, orange soda), and beer! The kitchen fully equipped, down to salt, vinegar, and olive oil! In the bathroom, two large bottles of shampoo and shower gel! Internet blazing fast with STARLINK for the past 3 years! What more could we possibly offer?
Value for money 2.5… At a time when everything is expensive, when people struggle to buy the basics from the supermarket, we respect the need for holidays!!! Decent holidays!!! We are a luxury accommodation with 9s and 10s across the board, and we have kept our prices stable for almost 8 years despite inflation, while in Agios Nikitas smaller rentals ask double the price we do. As we respect our guests, we ask to be respected too. In this score, the guest’s respect for our property was simply absent.
Cleanliness 7.5… You received a spotless house. What we received back was a floor covered in mud from your shoes.
Location 7.5… Before booking, please, check the map! Where is the property, what is nearby, do I want it or not? We’re on Google Maps also! Everyone finds us easily!
So please – when you leave a review, make it fair and logical. It is the very least one can do.
