It is with great pleasure we present you our new addition to the “Anatolia Villas Collection” , “Villa Veneziano” on Lefkada Island. Villa Veneziano was built in 2009 from the Russian Sergei Kauzov in memory of his wife Christina Onassis. Nestled on a hillside and surrounded by a vast 2.000 sqm green garden, it offers panoramic views of the infinite Ionian Sea, Meganissi and the famous Skorpios i

sland, once privately owned and home to the Onassis family. The Villa is situated in Perigiali, 15 minutes south of the capital Lefkada and 3 minutes away from the popular village and marina of Nydri. The Villa was built in unique Venetian architecture with elements of Byzantine design found around. It consists of 5 luxury suites which can service up to 12 people. All rooms are fully furnished and decorated with exceptional, stylish design that gives emphasis on luxury and functionality. The common areas such as dining room, kitchen and living room are spacious and inviting with unique artwork and lighting pieces. Its beautiful patio resembles a monastery and is full of flowers where visitors can relax or enjoy drinks. Large windows and an archway open on to the exterior spaces, the garden with BBQ and the stairs that lead you up to the pool area with the beautiful pool house. Live a relaxing and revitalized experience from the magnificent pavilion with the private infinity Pool and whirlpool bath. A variety of shaded outdoor sitting areas create a luxury heaven for those who want to truly explore the amazing Ionian Sea. Villa Veneziano may be used as a 5 separate bedroom villa/hotel property or as a private villa. It is ideal for groups of friends and large families but also for social events, ceremonies and corporate incentives and meetings.
