Ageras Santa Marina + Located on the island of Lefkada- 1500 m from the from the town of Lefkada and just 200 meters from away from the town of Lefkada and just 200 m.

The complex of Ageras Santa Marina is located in the island of Lefkada, in a farmland 1500 m. away from the beach of Agios Ioannis -one of the most beautiful beaches of the western part of the island- repeatedly rewarded with a blue flag and mostly famous to everyone who is interested in water sport activities. The farmland has been occupied for 100 years now by the proprietor’s family for the cul

tivation of the land as well as the breeding of animals. The apartments are constructed by the use of innovative materials (a special technique with stones in particular, which is quite unique in Greece) aiming at combining the beauty of tradition along with the functionality of the modern elements. Due to the fact that our complex is located in the end of the olive grove and it is very close to the seaside, the wind is blowing at this part of the city is especially perceptible. In the past, they usually used the wind and its direction to predict the changes of the weather. Especially during the summer, the wind is like a sweet touch of mist and due to its location, we named our complex “Ageras Santa Marina”.
