A complex of two luxury contemporary villas in an elevated secluded hillside location directly overlooking Kathisma Beach. The property is situated on the beautiful West Coast of Lefkada Island, with outstanding panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets overlooking the Ionian Sea. Each villa has its own private infinity pool, large outdoor space and a sizeable 135m2 footprint over two levels, wi

th spectacular sea views from every room. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living room and kitchen/dining area opening directly on to a large outdoor shaded pergola, it creates an ideal entertaining and dining setting with the perfect indoor/ outdoor flow. The villas have been finished to a very high standard and are fully equipped, including all key amenities and air conditioning. They are also set up to cater for guests with young children providing cot beds, high chairs and safety gates on the stairs. The villas are exclusively managed and serviced 24/7 by our dedicated professional service manager who will meet and greet guests, welcome you and introduce you to the villas, and ensure that your entire stay is as enjoyable and stress free as possible! Standard services include a mid week clean/ linen change and daily pool cleaning. Additional services can be arranged as optional extras on request. Both villas are completely independent, identical mirror opposites that have been designed to create maximum privacy. They can either be booked individually or combined exclusively for a large group. The villas are situated just 300m above the beach (by road 1KM- 2 min drive) in an elevated hillside position directly overlooking the bay, at the end of a private road with no through traffic, and the nearest neighbour over 200m away.

Lefkada is a fantastic Ionian island gem, with some of the best beaches in Greece / Med. We are perfectly located on the NW side of the island near the beautiful village of Agios Nikitas with easy access to many great beaches, and just 15mins to the main town.

We offer some of the best sea views and sunsets you will see! Note we also have pool heating - one of the few!

I thought we would let members of this group know in case someone is still looking to book a holiday this year!

Hi folks, it would be a crying shame to let the VILLAS AND heated pools stay empty again next week especially with glorious weather forecast!!

we currently have both villas available next week and are willing to consider sensible offers! There are cheap flights from London Gatwick Saturday or Sunday on Easyjet!

Spring is is a great time of year to visit Lefkada if you want a chilled out relaxing break and have the beaches to yourself!

The spring weather is typically very nice and pleasant with temps in the early 20s + and strong spring sunshine!. We also have pool heating! 🔥
