Unser Leben ist geprägt von Veränderungen und Übergängen – manche fallen uns leicht, andere fordern uns stark heraus. Wir werden uns in dem Seminar mit den Befürchtungen, mit den Zwischenräumen und mit der Frage beschäftigen, ob wir Veränderungen als Chance oder als Bedrohung erleben. Oft ist es beides. Deshalb wollen wir uns mit verschiedenen Methoden den eigenen Gestaltungsräumen nähern und sie erschließen (Gespräche, Rituale, Aufstellungen, Achtsamkeitsübungen usw.). Die eigenen Themen und Fragen sind willkommen.

Die Insel Mykonos ist ein kraftvoller Ort, eine Insel inmitten eines sich ständig ändernden Lichts, eines nie gleichbleibenden Meeres – ein Ort, der wie geschaffen ist an Übergängen die Welt mit frischen Augen sehen.
