There is one large dinnig table on the vernada on this floor that can seat more than 12 persons, as well as two sun beds to enjoy the view.
Top floor: Two bedrooms, with one full bathroom, Mykonian style. Both rooms have windows towards the amazing sea view.
Ground floor: One large bedroom with a lot of closet space, one full bathroom, and a large living room directing to a wind and sun protected veranda, watching the view. The veranda has direct access to the swimming pool
Swimming pool level: There is a large swimming pool, with plenty of room for the sun beds, and a padeo that you can enjoy the best view of the villa. The perfect place to enjoy the sun or an evening drink.

Choulakia Guesthouse is an amazing, comfortable studio-guesthouse, perfect for romantic or young family vacation in Mykonos. Decorated in elegant, contemporary but also traditional Mykonian style, combining the materials with the natural rock, it will certainly enchant you.

Guesthouse Description:
The studio is all in one level, the same level as the swimming pool. The main entrance opens to a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a dining table, as well as many couches for relaxation, as well as a window viewing the natural rock of the mountain!!! One of the couches is large enough to work as a double bed.
The main room is an equally large room, with a queen size bed and a large bathroom.
Both rooms view at the open swimming pool area. The swimming pool is less than 3 meters from the entrance of the studio, and from the studio windows someone can view a breathtaking view.

Main Level (1st floor): On the main floor we can find a spacious living room with a formal dining, a large, fully equipped kitchen and access to a private veranda with beautiful sea view. There is one large dinnig table on the vernada on this floor, protected from the winds, perfect for a magical breakfast with view. One bathroom on this floor.
Ground floor: Two bedrooms, one bathroom, one small kitchen to save the trip upstairs when in need of a mid-night snack, as well as a huge living room that can be turned into a fully independent double bedroom with the help of the heavy curtains. This floor also has access to an amazing veranda with view, and also closer access to the swimming pool.
