Specifically, the ground floor consists of a large bedroom, the living room, the kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor consists of an open space bedroom, a bathroom and the veranda. Private open parking space for 2 cars + bikes exactly opposite the house is provided. Please note that the private parking space is accessible only for small cars (e.g. Opel Corsa) due to the narrow street (width 184 cm) in front of the house. Please also note that a free open parking space for public is available only 30 meters away from the house. The house is fully equipped with (Miele) electric appliances: washing machine, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, hairdryer etc
It also provides LCD TV, air-conditioning in all rooms, wireless Wi-Fi connection, shampoo kit, first aid kit etc
Cleaning service including change of towels and bed sheets is provided every second or third day (frequency depends on the number of reservation days). The village - Location
The traditional village of Tripiti is located within a walking distance from the capital of the island (Plaka) and 8 minutes by car from the port of Adamantas. It stands on a hill sloping down the sea with panoramic view of Adamantas bay. The village with a rich history was particularly prosperous during the Classical and Hellenistic periods and took its name from the soft volcanic rock, which gives the impression of having being holed from natural erosion. The village offers number of choices of quality restaurants, taverns and snack bars. Highly recommended sightseeing in the village includes amongst others the ancient theatre, the catacombs, the scenic windmills and the church of St Nicholas. Distances / Transportation
Milos is a small island however public transportation (bus) service is limited that is why the use of own or rented car / bike is recommended.
