The Super Rockies are the lifelong project of architect Elene Lampropoulou, a Greek South African, who has studied the Cycladic architecture throughout her career and has an ongoing love affair with Mykonos. The resort is designed with great respect to the natural landscape, having preserved and accentuated the protected iconic rock formations. The architect chose the most prominent location in the Super Paradise Bay area, directly above the beach, protected from the strong summer winds and enjoying the maximum of afternoon sun. The architect has integrated outdoor spaces with the dramatic rock formations and has designed fragrant gardens with a multitude of indigenous and Mediterranean flora. All villas have especially designed outdoor spaces for maximum enjoyment providing vistas for the overwhelming views, also including outdoor showers, barbeques, bars and dining areas. Special consideration has been taken in construction with use of beautiful light grey marble indoors, and hammered marble tiles outdoors, together with local stone and wood to ensure a natural bond with the environment. Traditional elements of Mykonian Architecture have been skilfully included in an innovative manner to accommodate modern needs
Following closely the everchanging nature of Mykonian tourism trends, this year we reconsidered the arrangement of our indoor spaces to create more spacious cool living areas which complement and enhance the exhilarating experience of our dramatically beautiful surrounds, huge outdoor recreational spaces and vistas. We have upgraded our rentals, reducing the number of guests in some units, rethinking design and functionality thus releasing extra space indoors. We also have the pleasure to announce the inauguration of a brand new three-bedroomed villa in the resort - more details and photos available as early as April 2022!

Thereโs a large living room and dining area adjacent to the independent kitchen. The villaโs private outdoor space includes recreational space with barbeque-bar area and an outdoor shower.

All rooms have independent outdoor access. The villaโs private outdoor space includes recreational space with barbeque-bar area and an outdoor shower.

Our unique location with breath taking sea and mountain views, together with total protection from harsh summer winds allows for maximum enjoyment of all outdoor areas. Our resort is amongst the few on the island that has no enclosed public spaces. Two-minute walk from the Super Paradise beach, which is perfect for all beach activities, including n**e bathing, water sports and partying at the famous beach bars and restaurants on Super Paradise Beach. The large, shared pool and shower area at the top of the resort opens up to a sprawling majestic view of the whole bay. It is maintained daily and pool water is systematically chlorinated. We recommend booking arrangement amongst guests for use of pool area so as to avoid congestion. The villas can be rented separately or by a group of friends of up to 26 persons. Our fully equipped kitchens make snacking at home easy and safe and the spacious barbeque area in each unit allow for an extra dining and leisure experience without dependency on restaurant schedules. Take away services are also available throughout the season. The kitchens are especially equipped with dishwasher, microwave-convection oven, deep fryer and Nespresso coffee machines. Villa Anemeli, the Purple Haze Place and the Super Rock Retreat have their own hammams (walk in marble steam Bath with shower), immaculately kept. Our villa Anemeli sports a private plunge pool, cushioned in rock mountain surrounds with a stunning sea view. Daily cleaning service is included, upon guests request at no additional cost. Our houses are also great for off season vacation, with Super Rock Retreat and the Purple Haze Place having fireplaces to temper the night chill and create a warm and romantic atmosphere, in early May or late October. In our late summer holidays you will find that all beach activities are still available โ a last minute rejuvenating stay just before confronting an uncertain winter.
