If you want a place where you will relax, you will enjoy private holidays with comfort and luxury, we will be happy to offer it to you. Villa has a large private area with pool and sunbeds as well as everything you will need to have the vacation you imagine.
Villa is located in a beautiful and quiet area, close to the very beautiful beaches of Elia, Kalo Livadi, Agrari and Kalafati. The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Internally it extends to 114 sq.m.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen in an open space with living room, which consists of a sofa and a sofa bed and can accommodate 2 more people. Also in the same place there is a wc for guests.
On the 1st level there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea view. There is also a balcony where you can sit more privately.
On the lower level there are 2 bedrooms with a large bathroom and a washing machine. Both bedrooms have their own access to the outdoor pool area.
All living rooms and bedrooms have smart TVs. All rooms have air conditioning.
We also provide personal care products and beach towels. On our terrace, there is a swimming pool, dining area, living room, sunbeds and comfortable pillows for sunbathing!
