✨🏺🏛️ Θολωτός Τάφος IV 🏛️🏺✨
~ Ο θολωτός Τάφος ΙV, που βρίσκεται κοντά στο Ανάκτορο του Νέστορα, κατασκευάστηκε πιθανότατα τη μεγάλη ακμή του ανακτόρου και συνδέεται με τις εγκαταστάσεις που υπήρχαν στο λόφο του Εγκλιανου και το τείχος που τις περιέβαλε κατά την πρώιμη μυκηναϊκή περίοδο. Παρόλο που ο τάφος είχε συληθεί ήδη από την αρχαιότητα, τα διασωθέντα ευρήματα που ήρθαν στο φως ήταν άκρως εντυπωσιακά. Ανάμεσα σε αυτά περιλαμβάνονται κοσμήματα, όπως χρυσά ελάσματα με απεικόνιση γλαύκας, βασιλική σφραγίδα με παράσταση φτερωτού γρύπα, καθώς και σφραγιστικό δαχτυλίδι με παράσταση λατρευτικής σκηνής σε ιερό μινωικού τύπου. Ο τάφος χρησιμοποιήθηκε για τουλάχιστον δεκατρείς βασιλικές ταφές σε όλη την διάρκεια του 16ου και 15ου αιώνα π.χ. ..✨
