We took advantage of the sunshine to film a fresh update from the house renovation. Progress is steady, and it’s exciting to see everything slowly come together.

There’s still work ahead, but each day brings us closer to the final result — a space that will feel just right the moment you arrive.

Another small step forward for the Chill & Thrill Apartments project.

Work continues on the house as we slowly bring it back to life. In this short update you can see the latest progress as we prepare the spaces for the next phase of the renovation. There’s still plenty to do, but it’s exciting to watch the transformation taking shape little by little.

The transformation continues.
What was once tired and forgotten is slowly becoming something special. Walls are taking shape, spaces are opening up, and you can finally start to feel the atmosphere this place will have.
Every step brings us closer to creating a space that truly reflects the spirit of Chill & Thrill — relaxed, fresh, and thoughtfully designed.
Still work to do. Still dust everywhere.
But the vision is becoming reality.

A small update from the new Chill & Thrill house.
The refurbishment continues and things are gradually taking shape.

We are about to begin the refurbishment of this house as part of the continued development of Chill and Thrill Apartments. The project will focus on creating a comfortable, functional, and modern living space, while maintaining the character of the property.
Work is scheduled to start shortly, with the apartment expected to be ready by summer, in time for the new season. Once completed, it will offer the same level of quality and attention to detail that guests have come to expect from Chill and Thrill.
In the video below, you can see the property as it is now and get an early look at the space before the transformation begins. We will be sharing updates as the refurbishment progresses.
