Come enjoy the sunny Lesvos scenery in a calm spot where you can hear the waves wash on the beach – and only 17km from the city of Mitilini. The air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor have a breathtaking view of the Aegean sea unfolding into the Turkish mountains in the far distance. A television is provided. Also in the upper floor you will find a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, a veranda and a balcony. A staircase takes you downstairs to an air-conditioned open plan sitting area, dining area and a kitchen. There is also a second WC. The sofa beds can accommodate another 2 people. The kitchen is equipped well with utensils and cooking pots, as well as a coffeemaker, an electric stove and an oven. There is also a dish washer, a washing machine, ironing facilities. An outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella for the veranda are also provided. A baby cot is available when needed. Outside the house there is an open veranda where you can sit and have your meals or simply have a relaxing drink in the evening listening and watching the gentle waves stroking the pebbles on the shore. The parking space is just 40m away. In Marilena Beach House the bedroom upstairs is open plan, which creates more space and allows more light in. The layout in Spyros Beach House offers you the possibility to comfortably host numerous guests whilst still having your own privacy with a closed plan bedroom. The two houses can be booked together for a bigger group or separately. We have the possibility to host bigger groups if booked early. Near the house you will find a kiosk/convenience shop where you can buy some grocery. There are several tavernas and a small café. At the village of Mystegna which is only 600m from the house you will find a bakery, minimarket, butchers, tavernas, traditional Greek coffeehouses and various other small shops.
