At Kinsterna, the walk to breakfast can sometimes lead to an unexpected discovery.

Guests may come across the estate's beekeeper extracting fresh honey from the honeycombs, offering the opportunity to learn about the traditional honey extraction process and share a conversation with him.

A little later, that very same honey can be enjoyed as part of breakfast.

Τα πρωινά στο Kinsterna, η διαδρομή προς το πρωινό μπορεί να επιφυλάσσει μια μικρή στάση για μια όμορφη ανακάλυψη.

August's flavours begin in the estate's gardens.

A basket filled with the day's harvest rests beside the spring. Tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines and other seasonal vegetables have just been picked from Kinsterna's orchards and gardens, before making their way into the dishes prepared each day in the mansion's kitchens.

Οι γεύσεις του Αυγούστου ξεκινούν από τη γη του κτήματος.

Ένα καλάθι με τη συγκομιδή της ημέρας, δίπλα στο νερό της πηγής.

Ντομάτες, αγγούρια, μελιτζάνες και άλλα εποχιακά λαχανικά μόλις έχουν συλλεχθεί από τους κήπους και τα μποστάνια του Kinsterna. Λίγο αργότερα, θα γίνουν μέρος των γεύσεων που ετοιμάζονται καθημερινά στις κουζίνες του αρχοντικού.

Harvest season is beginning at Kinsterna.

In the estate's vineyard, the grape harvest gets underway. Baskets are filled, donkeys carry the freshly picked grapes, and before long they arrive at the traditional w**e press, where barefoot grape stomping continues a tradition that has been preserved for generations.

Throughout the harvest season, guests are invited to take part in the grape harvest and experience the traditional grape stomping process, discovering one of the estate's longest-standing traditions first-hand.

Αυτές τις ημέρες, ξεκινά ο τρύγος στο Kinsterna.

Στον αμπελώνα, στον λόφο απέναντι από το αρχοντικό, αρχίζει η συγκομιδή των σταφυλιών που δίνουν τις ποικιλίες κρασιών του κτήματος. Τα καλάθια γεμίζουν, τα γαϊδουράκια μεταφέρουν τη συγκομιδή και λίγο αργότερα τα σταφύλια καταλήγουν στο παραδοσιακό πατητήρι, όπου το πάτημά τους με γυμνά πόδια συνεχίζει μια παράδοση που διατηρείται μέχρι σήμερα.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του τρύγου, οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να συμμετάσχουν στη διαδικασία και να γνωρίσουν από κοντά τη διαδικασία του τρύγου και του παραδοσιακού πατήματος των σταφυλιών.
