If we had to characterize Apsedes Studios, the first thing that comes to mind would be its magnificent view on the Ionian Sea. The building consists of 3 floors of which the top two floors are reserved to studios. Each one is equipped with air-conditioning, a TV set, of a cuisine and a bathroom (WC & shower), two single beds and a third bed in case you bring a child with you. The balcony offers a
panoramic view on the sea, the cypresses and the olive groves around the building. The beautiful beach of Trapezaki, 900 metres away can be reached after a 20 minute walk. Nearby, there's a bakery, a mini-market and two restaurants. You will be able to reach one more restaurant and a mini-market at short distance through a country road. The owners, Liana & Spyros, are also crops and stockfarmers. So, you can have the chance to taste their own olive oil and their succulent homemade cheese. If you are wise enough, you'll probably be offered some fruit and vegetables from their garden, according to the season, naturally. And why don't you "pay a visit" to the dozen of goats that belong to the family ? Wake the farmer that lives inside you and come to visit us ! Lo stabilmento comporta tre livelli ed i due piani superiori sono appunto riservati agli studios monolocali. Ogni uno di loro è attrezzato con l'aria condizionata, una televisione, un angolo cottura, una stanza da bagno (WC & doccia), due letti gemelli e con un terzo letto scorrevole per un eventuale bambino. Il balcone offre una vista panoramica sul mare, i cipressi ed i campi di ulivi. Benvenuti al paese delle cicale ! La carina spiaggia di Trapezaki dista da 900 metri (circa 20 minuti a piedi). Nella vicinanza, si trova una panetteria, un minimercato ed un ristorante. Si può in fine raggiungere in pochi minuti un altro ristorante e due minimercati da un sentiero incantevole. I proprietari, Liana e Spiros, sono per di più agricoltori e allevatori. Potrete così provare il loro oglio di ulivo ed il loro succulento formaggio fatto in casa. Se siete bravi, potrete anche ricevere qualche frutto e verdura dal giardino, secondo la stagione, ovviamente. Poì perché non andare a vedere la decina di capri che appartengono alla famiglia ? Risvegliate l'agroturista che sonnecchia in voi e venite a farci una vista ! Le balcon offre une vue panoramique sur la mer, les cyprès et les champs d'olivier. Bienvenue au pays des cigales ! La jolie plage de Trapezaki, distante de 900 mètres se rejoint en environ 20 minutes à pied. A proximité, vous trouverez une boulangerie, une supérette et un restaurant. Vous pourrez rejoindre en quelques minutes un autre restaurant et deux minimarkets par un adorable sentier bucolique. Les propriétaires, Liana et Spiros, sont aussi agriculteurs et éleveurs. Vous pourrez ainsi goûter à leur huile d'olive et à leur succulent fromage maison. Si vous êtes sages, vous pourrez même recevoir quelques fruits et légumes du jardin, suivant la saison, bien entendu.
