With the help of our guests, we harvested olives from our garden 🌿🫒, saw the process at the olive factory, and now we’re enjoying the fresh olive oil at our breakfast buffet!

Nestled within nine acres of lush Mediterranean flowers and fruit trees, our hotel's garden is an oasis leading directly to the sea – no road in between. 🌊✨ We use fresh vegetables and fruits for our meals, homemade marmalades, gin and tonics, and our famous homemade lemonade. 🥗🍹
