The combination of tall wooden ceilings and large glass doors allows a stunning view on the sea, the Rio-Antirio bridge, a small picturesque church and the Peloponnesian mountains.
“It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform. This villa is an absolute smart home, renovated with today’s highest standards of house construction and accomplishes the in-out living perfectly. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room with a fireplace and a 55” television, an open spaced kitchen with an island fully equipped with branded built-in electrical devices, a dedicated multimedia workspace, and a built-in "nock" couch all in the same open space. There is also a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a double doored closet, a bathroom with two sinks and an in-out shower with multiple water ejectors. Finally there is an extraordinary WC, a large walk-in closet and a laundry room. On the second floor (attic) there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 hammock beds, a desk with a bookcase and a roof window that offers a unique view and brightens up the place. Includes:

Skaloma is a coastal settlement of Fokida, in the Corinthian Gulf, 15 km away from Nafpaktos and borders westwards with Marathias. Skaloma is 2 meters above sea level, at latitude 38,3953037224 and longitude 21,9956318358. With cosmopolitan air, this small and beautiful beach is the summer meeting point. The village is built around the small bay and has few inhabitants in the winter. Every summer, however, Skaloma is filled with holidaymakers who come to enjoy the sun, the magnificent sea and the green nature of Fokida, that makes this place special. Skaloma beach is one of the most popular, well-known and well-organized beaches of the western coastline of Fokida. Due to its proximity to Nafpaktos and its crystal-clear waters, this beach welcomes many visitors, even until the beginning of autumn. The small picturesque bay has a pebbled beach, with crystal clear waters and tall plane trees which offer their shade. Visitors have the opportunity to drink their “ouzo” and taste the famous “Greek salad in the “tavernas” and cafeterias. The true beauty of the beach can be enjoyed in the quiet weekends of May, June, September and October, by taking a swim or simply walking on the stone alley above the sea, enjoying the beauty and the tranquility of the landscape, which is almost never disturbed. At one end of the village, there is a picturesque chapel on the top of a hill, where it is worth visiting to admire the beautiful view of the Corinthian Gulf. It also offers an ideal place for sunset photography. At the eastern entrance of the village is Panagitsa, a small chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary in a green grove with huge plane trees and eucalyptus by the sea.
