Part of a luxurious building complex, located in Eleonas, 1km from the center of Nea Moudania, Alexandros Maisonettes & Apartments can be reached by car in just 40 minutes from Thessaloniki’s SKG “Makedonia” International Airport.
The residence is very close to the town of Nea Moudania (1km from the center) and the guests can find within walking distance (0.50 to 0.40 km) a supermarket, restaurants, bars and even a tennis court. Additionally, in case of emergency, there is a Health Center reachable within 5 mins by car. Moreover, it is close to the bus station with hourly shuttles to Thessaloniki and the rest of Halkidiki, so it can be a great starting point for daily excursions to nearby touristic attractions, such as Mount Athos, Petralona Cave etc.
The building complex itself is just 100m far away from the beach, which is suitable for families and children. The peace and tranquility of the neighborhood in addition with some permanently living families, make for a safe and pleasant stay for the residents of the building throughout the year.
