This brand new apartment is conveniently located in Nea Peramos, just 50 m from the beach and 400m from the center of the town ! It is ideal for couples, friends or even family vacation!

This apartment is ideally made to give you the most memorable and comfortable holiday and make you feel like home! The house has a double bedroom and spacious living room with sofa bed that turns to a double bed in order to accommodate two adults or two children! It also has a kitchen full equipped with stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc and a bathroom that offers comfort to the visitor and also all the essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc.

At the apartment you will find everything you may need upon arrival such as clean sheets, towels and even a hairdryer and an iron with irroning board inside the closet.

The apartment provides you a TV and wifi. The comfortable balcony will also allow you relax or even have a unique breakfast or dinner moment outside!
You can feel free to park your car inside the yard.
