Another demanding summer is coming to an end…
Seven months of continuous effort, hard work and dedication. Seven days a week, without a day off, always on duty, with one goal in mind: to offer every guest the best possible hospitality, even the most demanding one.
The exhaustion has been real and the effort relentless, but our love for what we do remains our greatest strength.
90% of our reviews were positive, and your kind words give us the strength, courage and motivation to keep going. Every positive review is a small reward for our efforts and a reminder that all this hard work is worthwhile.
Now, we hope to finally enjoy a little rest over Christmas, while also taking time to make improvements and prepare for the new season, so that we can welcome you again next year with a smile and the same love and dedication.

For those brave enough to discover Paros in winter, we’ll still be here! Marisa Rooms will remain open to welcome our winter visitors, adventurous travellers and everyone who loves the island beyond the summer season.

But only a few truly know how demanding it really is.
The stress, the physical and emotional exhaustion, the endless effort to keep your business among the best, to make every guest leave happy, to minimize complaints, and at the same time face endless bureaucracy and constant challenges.
How much of your personal life you sacrifice just to be available for your guests 24/7.
Yet, when your hard work is recognized, you realize that every sacrifice has been worth it.
Not every guest leaves completely satisfied, and that's part of the job. But when the vast majority say "thank you" with a smile as they leave beautiful Paros for their next destination or return home, it reminds us why we do what we do.
