Ανταπόκριση στις προσδοκίες των πελατών, παρέχοντας λύσεις, υπηρεσίες και προτάσεις για τη διαμόρφωση μιας ολοκληρωμένης εμπειρίας διακοπών
Γνώση διαχείρισης διαδικασιών check-in & check-out με αποτελεσματικότητα
Αποτελεσματική διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων και emails
Επικοινωνεί στους πελάτες την πολιτική του καταλύματος, ώστε να διασφαλίζονται υψηλά standard εξυπηρέτησης, βασισμένα στη φιλοσοφία της επιχείρησης
Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική επικοινωνία με όλα τα τμήματα, διασφαλίζοντας την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του καταλύματος
Προετοιμασία Reports για τα τμήματα Housekeeping & F&B
Ικανότητα διαχείρισης & επίλυσης κρίσεων

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε καταλύματα 4 ή 5 αστέρων
Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ - MS Office
Γνώση προγραμμάτων PMS
Άριστη χρήση προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου στην Ελληνική και Αγγλική γλώσσα - Γνώση επιπλέον ξένων γλωσσών θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά
Εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και ικανότητα στην προώθηση υπηρεσιών concierge
Ευχάριστη και επαγγελματική παρουσία
