Der Byzantinische Weg zählt zu den schönsten Wanderwegen auf Paros. Er ist Teil eines alten Wegenetzes, das verschiedene Dörfer miteinander verbindet. Besonders beliebt ist der Abschnitt von Lefkes nach Prodromos, der durch die ruhige Landschaft der Insel führt. Entlang des historischen, gepflasterten Pfades kommt man an Olivenhainen und alten Steinmauern vorbei und genießt schöne Ausblicke auf das Meer und die Nachbarinsel Naxos. Die kurze Wanderung bietet einen schönen Einblick in die Natur und Geschichte der Insel und ist eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, eine andere Seite von Paros kennenzulernen. Zum Abschluss kann man in einer der traditionellen Tavernen in Prodromos einkehren und die lokale Küche genießen.

The Byzantine Trail is one of the most beautiful walking routes on Paros. It is part of an ancient network of paths connecting several villages across the island. The section from Lefkes to Prodromos is particularly popular and leads through the island’s peaceful countryside. Along the ancient stone-paved path, you’ll pass olive groves and old stone walls, with lovely views of the sea and the neighbouring island of Naxos. This short walk offers a wonderful way to discover the island’s nature and history and explore a different side of Paros. Afterwards, you can stop for a meal at one of the traditional tavernas in Prodromos.

Im Herzen von Parikia liegt das Symposium Café, ein charmantes Lokal, das griechische Tradition mit einer entspannten und einladenden Atmosphäre verbindet. Leicht erhöht gelegen, an einer kleinen Weggabelung, an der zwei idyllische Gassen aufeinandertreffen, bietet es einen schönen Blick auf das lebendige Treiben der Altstadt von Parikia. Mit seinem schattigen Sitzbereich ist es ein schöner Ort zum Frühstücken, für Crêpes und Waffeln oder für ein Glas Wein am Abend. Ein Platz, um sich zurückzulehnen, zu entspannen und einfach die besondere Atmosphäre zu genießen. Der Service ist freundlich und herzlich, und die Betreiber helfen gerne dabei, die eigenen Griechischkenntnisse ein wenig zu verbessern.

In the heart of Parikia, Symposium Café is a charming spot that combines traditional Greek style with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Located where two small alleyways meet, slightly above street level, it offers a lovely view of the lively surroundings of Parikia’s old town. With its beautiful shaded seating area, it is a great place to stop by for breakfast, a fresh juice or a delicious crêpe during the day, or a glass of w**e in the evening. Symposium is a lovely place to sit back, relax, and simply enjoy the atmosphere. The service is friendly and welcoming, and they are always happy to help guests practise their Greek.

Vom 16. bis 25. September 2026 haben wir noch zwei Studios frei.

Der Sommer auf Paros ist noch lange nicht vorbei und der September ist eine ganz besondere Zeit auf der Insel: herrliche spätsommerliche Tage, ein noch wunderbar warmes Meer und eine entspannte Atmosphäre machen diese Zeit ideal, um die Insel zu entdecken, am Strand zu entspannen und das Inselleben zu genießen.

Das Beste im Urlaub: entspannte Strandtage und einfach bleiben, solange man möchte. Und wenn es langsam ruhiger wird, noch eine letzte Runde ins Meer, während die Sonne langsam untergeht und das Wasser schimmert.

Happy International Cat Day!
Wer schon einmal bei den Adelfia Studios zu Gast war, weiß: Hier verbringen nicht nur unsere Gäste ihre Urlaubstage, sondern unser Innenhof ist auch der Rückzugsort einiger ganz besonderer Katzen.
Jede einzelne Katze hat ihre ganz eigene Persönlichkeit. An diesem Internationalen Katzentag möchten wir unsere Adelfia-Katzen hervorheben, die jeden Tag ihren eigenen Charme in unseren Innenhof bringen und hoffentlich auch vielen Gästen schöne Urlaubsmomente schenken.
