September in Paros… slow days, beautiful journeys
September has a special rhythm in Paros.
Summer is still here, but everything slows down a little. The sea is warm and peaceful, the beaches are quieter and there is finally time to enjoy the island without rushing.
Start your morning in Aliki with a swim in the clear blue sea.
Then take the road and discover Paros at your own pace. Wander through traditional villages, walk beneath colourful bougainvilleas, stop for a coffee in a little square and enjoy those beautiful views you sometimes find when you least expect them.
Watch the sun go down over the Aegean… and then come back to Aliki.
As evening falls, the little harbour lights up. Fishing boats rest quietly on the water, and dinner at a seaside taverna is waiting, fresh fish, local flavours and a glass of w**e just a few steps from the sea.
And at the end of the day, come back to Anixis. To the garden, your balcony and the quiet of a September evening.
