I think this is pretty good going from 86 reviews. We get marked down on location as before we couldn't be found. But now we use What3words and guests get delivered within 10 mtrs of us. We have enjoyed our life of letting out rooms. Met some fab people and only 2 genuinely horrible ones. It's a great place to relax and we're looking forward to doing the same at end of September. So if you want a 5 bedroom house with a couple of guest rooms to rent out in an adorable village Contact me, as the house and guest rooms are for sale. We're not going far to live but we will be checking out other people's guest houses when we finally retire. The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 2 gardens and 3 verandas. It's south facing in a quiet and traditional village with the most welcoming people I've ever met. 12 mins from the beach and in a lovely archaeological area. I love the place but it's too big for 2 people and we need somewhere a bit smaller. It's a family home and needs a family to enjoy it as much as we have. If you want a viewing just come and see us. If you want a room for the night contact us before September and after that who knows. We'll still have a guest room but it'll be living as part of our family rather than a room rental. Returning visitors welcome unless you are the 2 nasties I mentioned above. I won't name and shame but their reviews and my response is in the booking reviews. We didn't deserve their vitriol and almost gave up after we'd seen what they wrote.
