As many of you already know, we refresh our menu every year.

Last year, we served a daily set menu. This season, we are excited to return to an à la carte experience, featuring a selection of delicious new creations by our talented Chef Stavros.

Every dish is inspired by traditional Greek cuisine, with a modern twist, prepared with fresh, local ingredients and plenty of passion.

You will find us tucked away in Askeli, a hidden gem that is well worth discovering. If you are in the area, we’d love to welcome you for dinner.

Our dinner service is open daily from 3:30 PM until 11:00 PM, with last orders at 10:45 PM. (Our kitchen is closed for dinner every Thursday)

We are much more than just a bistro or a place to take cooking classes. We also offer fifteen beautiful guest rooms, something many people don’t realize.

In fact, one of the questions we hear most often from guests dining with us is, “Wait, are you a hotel too?”
