Deze luxe villa ligt net buiten de bebouwde kom van het sfeervolle en gezellige bergdorpje Sellia (Plakias) op een hoogte van 228m boven zeeniveau. Het ruime perceel van 2088m2 biedt maximale privacy en sensationele vergezichten. De villa beschikt over een eigen weg met parkeergelegenheid en heeft een ruime living met luxe open keuken en 2 slaapkamers, elk met een eigen badkamer en is zeer smaak-

en sfeervol ingericht. Vanuit de master bedroom heb je een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad en de Libische zee. Het zwembad van 28m2 is verlicht en er is een buitendouche aanwezig. Aangrenzend aan het zwembad is een gazon van 40m2 met parasol en ligbedden. Vanaf het ruime terras kun je genieten van het prachtige uitzicht, de zonsopgang en -ondergang en een adembenemende sterrenhemel. Restaurants, bars, supermarkten, winkels, pinautomaten en prachtige stranden zijn binnen 10 minuten met de auto bereikbaar. Voor de sportievelingen is het ongeveer een half uur lopen naar het strand en zo´n 15 minuten naar het traditionele bergdorpje Sellia. Het ligt op 1,5 uur rijden van de vliegvelden Heraklion en Chania en de wegen zijn prima begaanbaar. Je wordt ontvangen door de hostess. Gedurende de gehele huurperiode is de hostess telefonisch bereikbaar om al je vragen en wensen te beantwoorden.

Kalo mina! Wishing you all a great month!
These words mean even more today than they normally do.
First of all I want to wish the families and friends of the lost firefighters and the people who lost their house a lot of strenght.
Secondly I want correct a few things about how this was and is shown on social media. No, not the whole of Crete is on fire and no Plakias is not on fire. The firefighters and all the locals with their trucks loaded with water have fought hard and have the situation under control. The loss of a part of the Preveli Palm Forest is tragic and heartbreaking, but Plakias remains a great destination for your holiday. The beaches, the sea and the sun are still there and there is still so much to see. So there is no need to cancel your holiday or not booking a last minute, it would just be another hit for the local community.
