at the memorial site of Agios Dimitrios, in Upper Platanias,
as part of the parallel events of the Municipality of Platanias
for the celebration of the Battle of Crete.

Head of the War Museum of Platanias
• Reading of the names of the fallen
• Laying of wreaths
• One minute of silence in memory of the fallen
• National Anthem
• Performance of traditional Cretan songs by the “Plataniani Parea”
• End of ceremony
