Το ξενοδοχείο «ανάβαση» είναι κτισμένο μέσα στα έλατα, στην είσοδο του οικισμού Τσόπελα. Σε απόσταση μόλις 2 χιλιομέτρων από το μεγάλο κεφαλοχώρι των Τζουμέρκων, τα Πράμαντα.
Απέχει 67 χιλιόμετρα από τα Γιάννενα και 72 χιλιόμετρα από την Άρτα. Η απόσταση Αθήνα-Άρτα είναι 365 χιλιόμετρα και Θεσσαλονίκη-Γιάννενα 349 χιλιόμετρα.
Πρατήρια βενζίνης υπάρχουν στην είσοδο του χωριού Πράμαντα, που αποτελεί

την έδρα του δήμου Βορείων Τζουμέρκων, καθώς και στην Πλάκα, αμέσως μετά τη γέφυρα του Αράχθου.
Η περιοχή ενδείκνυται για τουριστικό προορισμό καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του χρόνου. Τα αποτυπώματά της στην ιστορία, η πανέμορφη ποικιλία της χλωρίδας και πανίδας, τα αξιοθαύμαστα γραφικά χωριά και άλλα αξιοθέατα, προσφέρουν μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία.
