The living room leads to a terrace fully furnished and decorated overlooking excellent views.
On the first floor, there are three large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate laundry room.
On the same level, there is a large balcony door leading to a spacious terrace with a modern wooden pergola.
The basement of the villa is a recreation area, equipped with a tv set with PlayStation 5, a ping–pong table, children’s toys (also for infants), a soccer ball table, board games as well as 2 sofas for relaxing or for the 9th and 10th person to sleep in.
The villa provides fitness equipment (multi-home gym, exercise family bike, recliner exercise bench).
The villa has also a roof terrace, with wonderful sea and mountain views, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
Outdoors there is a private swimming pool and an attached safe kids pool, surrounded by loungers and a BBQ while various trees and plants, such as roses, cypress, jasmine, apricot, plum and tangerine create an enchanting scenery of colours and fragrances.
