Today, our chefs took part in the event organized by the Society for the Promotion of Natural Sciences (SY.DI.FE.) in Rhodes.

Following the open Assembly and discussion, Executive Chef George Troumouchis and Chef Spyros Kougios presented a live Molecular Gastronomy demonstration, showing how Chemistry and Physics can be transformed into flavor and offering participants a unique tasting experience.
