The Ottoman Library of Rhodes, officially known as the Hafiz Ahmed Agha Library (or Fethi Pasha Muslim Library), is located in the heart of the Medieval City of Rhodes at 44 Orfeos Street. Founded in 1793, it houses more than 1,200 rare manuscripts and is considered one of the island’s most important historical monuments.

Location: 44 Orfeos Street, 85131, Medieval City of Rhodes (near the Palace of the Grand Master).
History: Founded in 1793 by Hafiz Ahmed Agha, a former governor of the Ottoman Empire.
Collection: Includes 1,265 manuscripts, many written in Arabic and Persian, as well as original 18th-century seals, period furniture, and historic photographs.
Architecture: A remarkable example of 18th-century Ottoman architecture.
