October 2023 renovations: 2 new couches, 2 new LG smart tv w/wifi & cable, 2 new A.C. units, new blinds & curtains, house is painted inside & out, new sheets/towels, full kitchen loaded, oven/stove/dishwasher/microwave, coffee pot/tea pot, pots & pans, dishes/glasses, utensils, LG Washer/LG Dryer, new mattresses, comforters, blankets, hair dryer, ironing board & iron etc. Didn't have chance to take new photos yet. House is 2 levels, accommodates 4 comfortably, 2 adults (Queen size bed), & twin bunk beds. Balcony views of the sea. 10 Steps to the waterfront. Ideal location!
