GOJI VEGAN HOTEL the first Vegan Hotel in the island of Rhodes has been welcoming its guests since summer 2023.

We’ve been terrible at keeping secrets… because for the past year we’ve been quietly (and very enthusiastically) working on our dream: a fully plant-based cafe- bakery right in the heart of the Old Town of Rhodes 🌱🎉

Think flaky pastries, dangerously good treats, funky soft drinks, and—obviously—iced matcha lattes that might just fix your entire day🍵🧊

So whether you’re staying at GOJI or just wandering around Rhodes, do yourself a favor: grab a chocolate tahini koulouri or a warm mushroom pie. Your future self will thank you.

Nowadays running a business in hospitality, let alone an exclusive vegan hotel, can be challenging 😬

Since that very first day of our grand opening, we’ve had the joy of welcoming beautiful travellers from all around the world. Along the way, we’ve learned two very important things: Genuine feedback is pure gold (thank you!) and… pleasing everyone is a bit like making the perfect hummus — you can always tweak it just a little more😊

So… we rolled up our sleeves and decided to reinvest in GOJI to make your vegan getaway even more dreamy ✨

Here’s what’s new and waiting for you this summer:

🚿 Brand-new bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers (because you deserve room to sing your shower songs).
❄️ New air-conditioning units that keep things cool while being kinder to the planet.
🛏️ New mattresses for that “five-more-minutes” kind of sleep.
🚪 New aluminium doors to keep your room perfectly cozy.
🍰 And… new additions to our dinner menu — including a baklava dessert that might just steal the show (My face says it all- you’ve been warned!).

We truly can’t wait to welcome you back, share a cocktail or two, and show you once again how vegan philosophy blends beautifully with warm Greek hospitality.

Exciting news! Our brand new bathrooms are finally here! ✨ We chose big earthy tiles to match our rooms and added a walk-in shower for extra space 🚿 It was a challenge, but we love how they turned out ✅ Can’t wait for our guests to experience them 💚

🔥 Boil: 🥛 plant milk + 🍬 sugar + 🍊 orange peel
🥄 Whisk in: 🌾 semolina + 🌽 cornstarch → thick
✨ Add: 🌼 vanilla + 💛 turmeric (color)
🧈 Layer: 🫓 phyllo + vegan butter
🥣 Fill, fold & bake 🔥 180°C ⏱️ ~40 min
🍯❄️ Pour cold orange syrup on hot pie 🔥🍊

WE ARE CLOSING 🥹 and it’s for exciting reason.

After a summer season full of fun, delicious food and creating memories with our guests from all around the world, we decided to close GOJI earlier this year😴
We have exciting things to plan such as complete renovation of our bathrooms so they can be more spacious and elegant as well as new, more sustainable filtering system for our pool 🏖️

Thank you to all our lovely guests who joined our family this year and we are looking forward to summer 2026 already💚
