WINTER IN RHODES
Rhodes enjoys a warmer winter than most European countries. It is an ideal time to escape to explore the history and natural beauty of Rhodes. Whilst Faliraki s largely "closed" for the winter, we still offer accommodation in the ideal location for exploring the island, being conveniently located just 17km from Rhodes Town on the main Rhodes - Lindos highway. Regular bus services run all winter. A few bars and restaurants remain open throughout the winter - and you'll have the beautiful sandy beach almost to yourself! The nearby village of Kalithies remains vibrant all year with a wide selection of shops, bars, cafes, tavernas and restaurants - join the locals and enjoy a taste of Greek village life!
