Today marks the start of Clean Monday, the beginning of Great Lent and our favorite day to look up! Here’s the ritual:
🪁 Eyes on the Sky: We’re flying kites today to symbolize the soul reaching higher. It’s officially "kites over Greece" season!
🥖 Lagana & Dips: No meat, no problem. We’re feasting on fresh Lagana bread, creamy Taramosalata, and plenty of shellfish.
🌿 The Kouluma: Heading outdoors for that first spring-inspired picnic with the fam.
