An Evening with Estate Chatzigeorgiou 🍷

On Friday 26 June, Apollo Blue welcomes Estate Chatzigeorgiou, one of Northern Greece’s distinguished family w**eries, for an exceptional W**e Pairing Dinner at Taverna Blue.

Founded on a legacy that dates back to the 1950s in the renowned w**e region of Kariani, Kavala, the estate is celebrated for w**es that combine tradition, terroir and contemporary w**emaking excellence. Guests will have the opportunity to meet and discover the w**es of Vasilis Chatzigeorgiou, who will personally present the estate’s philosophy and labels.

The evening will be curated and presented by Andreas Matthidis, President of the Greek Sommeliers Association, while the Apollo Blue culinary team will create a specially designed menu to accompany each w**e selection, with Dimitris Kontaratos as the consultant chef.
