Όλα μας τα φαγητά παρασκευάζονται από αγνά υλικά της κοιλάδας του Αμαρίου.Προσφέρουμε ξεναγήσεις στη γύρω περιοχή για γνωριμία με την πανίδα και την χλωρίδα του τόπου μας. Παρέχεται δυνατότητα συμμετοχής σε αγροτικές δραστηριότητες όπως το μάζεμα της ελιάς, ο τρύγος και η απόσταξη ρακής.Σε απόσταση 500 μέτρα μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε την Αρχαία Σύβριτο και μέσα στο χωριό Θρόνος να θαυμάσετε την Βυζαντινή εκκλησία του 11ου αιώνα με σπάνιες αγιογραφίες.Πάνω από την Ταβέρνα μας υπάρχουν ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια με δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας 2-6 ατόμων.
