(yes we even got presents from them ). The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the apartment is not very far away from the beach (if you have a car of course). We would like to come again to Crete and we will stay at Manolis again for sure. Marie, London: -A characterful and comfortable apartment. This family run accommodation is set in a quaint village just 10 minutes from central Rethymno. Manolis was helpful and friendly suggesting local restaurants, beaches and sites to explore. Complimentary coffee and pastries were served every morning. The atmosphere was relaxed and homely. I would highly recommend this place. It’s the perfect base to explore Crete. Quiet surroundings, well decorated and clean room and a very kind host with great tips for activities. Each morning starts with a small breakfast including some pastries, Greek yogurt, coffee and tea. We are really thankful for this time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! In the mornings he prepared a small breakfast with coffee and tea and we thought that made our stay so nice . It was so clean, and quaint. We would stay here again. We do a lot of AirBnB (mostly in the US) and this was our first time using AirBnB in Europe and it was one of the best experiences ever. The owner really love what they do and you can see it in every detail of the apartment. Everything is so well decorated and also the small pool area plus the awesome roof top with sea view is a big plus. Every morning they offer a complimentary breakfast with greek specialities like Yoghurt, Olives, sweet cake, bread or cheese. Coffee, Tea and juice is also available. They are very helpful with planning your day and its always nice to chat with them in the morning. We highly recommend this places when staying in the Rethymnon area. He helped us with everything we needed and gave us very good recommendations. If we visit again Crete we will definitely stay at Manolis.
