COCO-MAT Eco Residences Serifos is a traditional group of 13 houses with one or two rooms in Vagia, the most magical beach of the island, which is part of the Natura beaches since 2000. The group was built in the early 20th century to accommodate the miners of the island. The renovation of the group was constructed with full respect towards the Cycladic landscape and the regulations of bioclimatic

architecture, thus converting the existing building into a summer earthly paradise. The Hotel enables you to enjoy all the comforts of a modern holiday accommodation combined with luxury that can be hardly found anywhere else in the world: the unique feeling of relaxation that Cycladic landscape and Aegean sun may offer. All the residences have breathtaking sea view, but the most precious gift of all is the magnificent beach that stretches in front, just a few steps from the hotel.
