Our cup runneth over with this beautiful congregation of yogis who blessed our premises for a whole week this September. The sun shone brightly for them and they gave back in equal bundles of luminosity. It was a retreat to remember ! Many thanks and all your special yogis and yoginis

Alongside renovations, work in the vineyard and taking care of the bees, winter brings other fruitful activity at Vericoco. Having had a bumper crop of chillies last year fellow spice 🔥 enthusiast and I decided to embark on some hot sauce making and the results were fiery and delicious!

With our hearts’ fuller than full, we have made it to the end of retreat season 2023! It’s been an immense 6 months bringing together hundreds of wonderful people, each offering their own unique stamp on the Vericoco experience. We learn and grow from each and every one of you. Thank-you to everyone who shared with us and extra huge and heart-felt thanks to the incredible staff who helped make it possible and so very special.

Another BooRay day at Vericoco. An extraordinarily beautiful morning to say goodbye to and their exceptionally kind and fun group. It was truly a blast with you guys. Now we’re ready to welcome for another week of fun times. Honestly, how is this a job?!

As a kid growing up with parents who lived in different countries, I created a word that helped me express how I felt on the day when I left one to spend time with the other. It was ‘BooRay Day’, both sad ‘boohoo’ and happy ‘hooray’! Recently, since working with groups of wonderful people who come together in our space at Vericoco Retreat, I’ve revisited this feeling and phrase as I say good-bye to old and new friends such as today and welcome new ones . Saturday is my new BooRay day. Thanks to all of you for the wonderful memories that we create together
