When we get comments like the following we feel blessed!
Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und sehr schön eingerichtet! Es befindet sich nicht direkt in der Stadt so dass es nicht so laut ist. Der Gehweg beträgt aber nur 1 Minute zur Stadtmitte und 2 Minuten zum Strand. Die kleine Küche beinhaltet alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Appartment Besitzer war sehr freundlich so dass wir uns in den ersten Minuten sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wenn man etwas braucht oder Fragen hat ist er sofort ansprechbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen da wir nichts negatives zu bemängeln haben. Ein Dankeschön an die angenehme Zeit :)

'' Excellent Stay At Koula Apartments
Recently back from a stay in Stalis, Crete at these apartments. Stayed 5th-12th August. Upon arrival at the apartments we were greeted by Theodore who was most welcoming and assisted us with our luggage and to the apartment. The apartment was of a good size, it was a family room, so had one master room with built in wardrobe, balcony and air conditioning and then a small shower room, kitchen area, tv, and dining table and two single beds with another balcony. The room was clean, tidy and in the kitchen area, there was even washing up liquid, sponges etc and we had pre asked for a hairdryer and toaster etc which were all waiting for us in the room.
We only used the fridge to store cold drinks in fairness so did not utilise anything else as it was a base and we ate out every day.
The location is perfect, a short walk to the main road with bus routes and supermarket and there is Yammas bar next door and a couple of restaurants directly opposite and a short stroll to the bottom you are on the main road and at the beach so perfect location.
I would not hesitate in booking the accomodation again, if you are after four or five star luxury, then this may not be for you, but for a perfectly located, fully functional, clean, tidy and welcoming place then you can't really ask for more.
The only downside is that there is no swimming pool, however, the beach is down the road and we were advised you could use another pool at a nearby block of apartments, so please note this if that is a priority for you.
Bathroom is small, just a very small shower cubicle really and not fixed like our showers on the wall, hand held,....- very Greek,...and word of warning the floor as it is tiled gets very slippy as water goes everywhere - so be careful ! ;)
Rooms changed regulary and clean towels also, anything you need or not happy about, the owners will happily assist and we were able to keep the room later as well and then store our bags in the owners room until we left later that night.
Overall a great holiday and we would book again happily.''

''Hosts with the most!
If your looking for a luxury all inclusive hotel, crowded buffet meals and sunbed wars with your towels at dawn, koula apartments aren't for you!! However if it's a warm and friendly welcome, a basic but comfortable Base from which to explore the beauty of this lovely island then give Koula a go. Theo the manager and his beautiful wife Kiki welcome you and treat you like a family member, taking coffee n brandy with these two wonderful people on their terrace, chatting and laughing at Theo's jokes made our holiday special. Theo gives lots of good advice on places to visit, things to see etc...he helped us so much on our first morning having discovered my husband had left his bag on the transfer bus, nothing was to much for him. If there is anything you need that isn't in your apartment just ask... Hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker. No there is no pool but a few minute amble and your on the beautiful beach, hate cooking on holiday? So many amazing places to eat. Dispite traffic noise, we slept well due to our comfy bed and relaxed minds. Thank you so much Theo and Kiki for being such amazing hosts.''
