The rental villas of TINOS HABITART combine the magnificent view with artistic and traditional design and all comforts that make our guests feel like home! The seven independent villas are situated in a private estate of 3,000 m2 and are named after the colour of their doors and windows. Boasting 0.55 metre-thick walls that provide excellent thermal protection and soundproofing, our authentically snug island homes are equipped with every modern convenience for year-round accomodation. The houses could facilitate groups, either one or two combined, or all five of them depending on the group's size. TV, Wi-Fi Internet, AC units and heaters in every room, as well as security alarms and safe boxes come as standards. The houses also have private parking lots and large common areas and verandas.

Welcome to our Red House, a traditional maisonette with internal staircase, three double bed bedrooms, one twin bed bedroom and five bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen. The living-room has a sofa/bed and an artistic fireplace. The large private outdoor spaces have panoramic sea view. There is a half covered yard with a BBQ facility and a dining area facing the pool. You can use the private swimming pool of the Red House utilizing salt electrolysis.

Our Stone House is a restored, two-century old, authentic hut made completely out of stone. Farmers and shepherds were using such structures as stables or barns and to rest themselves in the midday. It is fully renovated into a comfortable cottage, while it retains its original dimensions and traditional charm. Built of its original stone, it blends perfectly with the natural Cycladic landscape. Its thick walls provide excellent thermal protection and soundproofing. It consists of a bedroom with a double and a single bed en suite, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and a living room. The large private covered yard has a stone-made dining/eating area and panoramic sea view.

Our Dovecote._______
A truly exceptional accommodation experience in an architectural monument! Dovecotes are the most characteristic traditional typology of the island. These edifices are found in a few Cycladic islands, but most of them are located at Tinos. The Tinian dovecotes are also the most impressive ones, decorated with complex geometrical patterns. Our Yellow house is a traditional maisonette with an internal staircase that can host 7 guests. The residence consists of a double bed bedroom, a double or twin bed bedroom, a twin bed bedroom, a single bed bedroom and four “en suite” bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen is connected to the dining area. The living-room has an artistic fireplace. The large private outdoor spaces have panoramic sea view. The covered yard beside the pool has a BBQ facility and a stone-made sitting/dining area. The first floor has three balconies overlooking the beautiful landscape. You can use the private swimming pool of the Yellow House utilizing salt electrolysis.
