The rental villas of TINOS HABITART combine the magnificent view with artistic and traditional design and all comforts that make our guests feel like home! The seven independent villas are situated in a private estate of 3,000 m2 and are named after the colour of their doors and windows. Boasting 0.55 metre-thick walls that provide excellent thermal protection and soundproofing, our authentically

snug island homes are equipped with every modern convenience for year-round accomodation. The houses could facilitate groups, either one or two combined, or all five of them depending on the group's size. TV, Wi-Fi Internet, AC units and heaters in every room, as well as security alarms and safe boxes come as standards. The houses also have private parking lots and large common areas and verandas.

It is fully renovated into a comfortable cottage, while it retains its original dimensions and traditional charm. Built of its original stone, it blends perfectly with the natural Cycladic landscape. Its thick walls provide excellent thermal protection and soundproofing.
