Payments
All payments must be made in Euro and the costs are borne by t

he customer. Payments are done only by bank deposit in our bank account. A 50% advance is required to be deposited with our bank account within 5 working days of booking otherwise there will be cancellation. The final payment must be made through a bank deposit 10 days before your arrival. Additional charges made during residence in the villa must be paid one day before departure. Cancellation
For cancellation that becomes 30 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no financial burden and the deposit is returned with the Bank's expenses to be borne by the customer. Cancellation After this period, it will result in the loss of the amount of the advance. Damage or Losses
The client is responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. We reserve the right to repossess the property if the client or a member of their party has caused excessive damage to our property. Facilities

A reservation deposit is required and a security deposit of 200 euro refundable will be given on checkout. The 50% deposit must be received within 5 working days after the booking otherwise there will be a cancellation. Cancellation A 50% deposit will be given back if the cancellation period is within 2 weeks after deposit payment has been received by the villa management.
