We would like to share an important notice for your safety and peace of mind.
We have recently received emails from guests informing us that they have been communicating with individuals through Facebook accounts presenting themselves as connected with Arion Bay Hotel.
Please be aware that these accounts do not belong to Arion Bay Hotel, have never been official accounts of our hotel, and are not managed or authorized by us in any way.
This is our only genuine and official Facebook account.
We would also like to clarify that Arion Bay Hotel never accepts or confirms reservations through Facebook or Facebook Messenger.
Any “reservation” made through another Facebook account, page, profile, or individual claiming to represent Arion Bay is not a valid reservation with our hotel and does not exist in our reservation system.
We understand how concerning and confusing this may be, especially when you are planning your holiday and placing your trust in the people you communicate with. For this reason, we kindly encourage you to be particularly careful and to contact us directly whenever you have any doubt about a reservation or communication claiming to come from Arion Bay.
